The lecture addressed the environmental taxation scene in Spain, which revolves around three main items: the general outlines of a European environmental policy, the implementation of those general outlines at national level using tax measures, both ENCOURAGING and DISSUASIVE, and the implementation of steady financing channels through taxes.
