Salvador Ruiz Gallud, General Manager of the Spanish Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) from 2001 to 2004 and now Managing Partner of the firm Equipo Economico, has taken part, together with other two former Managing Directors of said institution, in the closing day of the Annual Meeting of APIFE, the Professional Association of State Finance Inspectors held in Gijon.

Equipo Economico is celebrating its 10th Anniversary during this Autumn, reason why it has organized a Master Lecture in collaboration with Fundacion Rafael del Pino, which was pronounced by Sunil Gupta, professor at Harvard Business School and professor responsible for its DG Enterprise program.

This autumn Equipo Economico celebrates the 10th anniversary of its foundation with a master class, organized in collaboration with Fundación Rafael del Pino, which will be given by Sunil Gupta, a lecturer at Harvard Business School and the University Professor responsible for its corporate management program. Gupta is also an expert, of recognized international prestige in the analysis of the impact of the digital revolution over the design of corporate strategies, an extremely topical issue that he will broach in his talk titled “Leading in an Age of Digital Disruption”. The session by Gupta will take place on Thursday 13 October at 19.00 in Fundación Rafael del Pino.

Equipo Economico has strengthened its Corporate and Transactions Global Consultancy areas by recruiting Pablo Olivera, a Spanish state lawyer with over 20 years’ personal experience and specialized in Commercial and Corporate Law. Pablo Olivera joins the firm’s legal department as a “Senior Counsellor” to increase the added value of its provision of services in the field of comprehensive legal consultancy, especially in the commercial field for implementation of corporate transactions (M&A), issues in organized markets and the corporative development of “start-ups” and their financing.
