Among his current duties the management of investment projects and corporate restructuring by means of designing and implementing measures that contribute to facilitate the success of the transactions, are notable. In the field of consultancy, he is also specialized in drawing up technical reports on economics and tax, and expert reports to be ratified and defended in court.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”5\/12″ el_class=”coldere”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1715103427618{padding-top: 10px !important;}”]Previously, he worked in the Tax Administration and served as Chief of Technical Staff in the Tax Ministry. During his days at the Spanish Internal Revenue Agency (AEAT) Francisco specialized in international tax affairs.
