Experience

Reyes Gil Serrano is Manager in the Tax Department at Equipo Económico, a firm she joined in March 2011. Throughout her career at the firm, she has gained solid experience in providing tax advice on complex transactions, including asset and business transfers, the integration of various taxes, as well as corporate restructuring processes such as mergers, spin-offs, and asset contributions. Her work encompasses advising both large companies and family groups or family offices, combining deep technical knowledge with a strategic approach.

She specializes in the tax planning and management of family wealth, as well as in matters related

to the taxation of employment relationships, with a particular focus on the taxation of executives and expatriates. In addition, she provides specialized assistance in tax procedures involving management, inspection, and collection, and actively participates in appeals processes, both administrative and judicial.

Reyes is also involved in training activities, delivering courses, lectures, and seminars on personal taxation and tax planning, both internally and in external forums, thereby contributing to the dissemination of technical knowledge and the development of talent in the tax field.

Master’s Degree in Taxation and International Taxation at the Postgraduate Institute of the Comillas Pontifical University of Madrid (ICADE).
